Rodney MacGillivray founded Baseline Inspections Inc. in 2003. Since then, he has inspected over 5,000 homes in the Kitchener, Waterloo and surrounding area. He is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and graduate of the Conestoga College Home Inspection program and Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training program.

Rodney brings a wealth of experience to Baseline Inspections in the areas of indoor air quality, mold remediation and water damage restoration. MacGillivray spent over two years in Texas on special contract with Restoration & Air Management (RAAM) as Project Manager for their residential and commercial remediation projects. His remediation investigations and remediation projects included mold, water damage and air handling systems.

Jamie Ruth, a registered home inspector with Baseline Inspections.Jamie Ruth, Registered Home Inspector

Jamie Ruth joined Baseline Inspections in 2012. He is a graduate of the Conestoga College Home Inspection Program and has completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training program with honours. He is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a Level 1 Thermographer.  In addition he is a member of OAHI and CAHPI.

Originally from Cambridge, Jamie brings over 15 years of home renovation and carpentry experience to his inspection work with Baseline.  This experience has equipped Jamie with the knowledge and understanding to troubleshoot a wide variety of issues with the homes of today and many years ago.
